March 2025Nice hotel close to M5. Accessible room very comfortable. Only issue holes in the duvet cover Breakfast really good. Very good quality products used. Evening meal also very nice Main problem was parking. There was some kind of convention on. Only 2 parking spaces left that we could find. Not ideal. Maybe rope off an area for hotel guests

March 2025We stayed here for four nights just after Christmas. We had originally booked for three, but asked at reception to book an extra night. The receptionist was lovely, and suggested that we check on booking.com to see if we could get a cheaper rate, which we did. The swimming pool was great. The food was always very nice, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating when we asked for extra toilet rolls and coffee instead of a room clean. All in all a very pleasant stay.

April 2025The hotel is on the outskirts of the town and has paid parking. The initial impression on approach is of an unattractive 60s establishment in pretty grounds but once inside you will find smart functional lodgings. After a quick and welcoming check in, I found the room in tip top condition with an offering of hot drinks and a comfortable bed. The pool was great for a dip and has sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of hot and cold offerings and scrambled eggs the colour that I get from my free range eggs at home. Great coffee and warmed pastries. Beer at the bar seemed reasonable hotel prices but spirits were somewhat up in the clouds!

March 2025The hotel's convenient location just off the M5 made it easy to access, and the staff were brilliant, offering excellent service throughout our stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, the room felt a bit tired and in need of updating, which was slightly disappointing. That said, it was still a nice place to stay with a reasonable price for the room. Overall, it was a good two-night stay, offering decent value for money.
