April 2024We had the best stay at Cardiff Hilton over the Easter Weekend. Huge thank you to Rachel, the guest relations manager - who helped us book. She arranged the most perfect, special touches. Our son had a personalised balloon on Easter Sunday. The whole team were so friendly to us and couldn't do enough for our 18 month year old son. All of the food was delicious including a meal at the Graze restaurant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Looking forward to visiting Cardiff Hilton again soon.

April 2024The staff was incredible- they were so friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better. The food and drink choices in the executive lounge were just average, nothing special. The pool was enjoyable and the rooms were very nice. The location was right within walking distance of many restaurants and the castle.

April 2024Been going here for years. Lovely staff as always and the rooms have been renovated. Good food served in the bar which has also changed and very much improved. Lounge now downstairs so no view over the castle anymore and lounge hours for drinks are now 5-7pm Still a great hotel. Free parking 8pm-8am up the road near the park.

May 2024Room was nice and the location was great. Small hiccups regarding housekeeping, shouldn't have to ask twice to have room cleaned. When it was finally done, dirty coffee mugs were not removed nor was there any new coffee packets left. Surely a million point client should be treated a bit better?

May 2024I would like to follow the reply form the Adam Smith GM of the hotel. 1) we never requested any upgrade for the room, if we have choice, we can either choose upgrade or having the room around 1:00 pm or even 3:00 pm just like other guest. 2) we just found all WHITE Color people got the room key but another Asian family not able to get the Key, I assumed that your hotel has a WHITE is Right policy. 3) All other WHITE guests got the the tickets for the Food Fair (there were food fair in Cardiff from 10 - 12 May), but we don't have, I think because we are ASIAN. 4) Lastly but no the last, you can discuss with Ceri (your Assistant Front of House Manager). best regards, King Ma
