May 2024Oh this was a really great experience. The location is perfect and right in the heart of Camden. And let's not talk about the amazing continental breakfast on the offering. A big shout out to Prerna who ensured I will well informed of the menu. To be honest, there is a great culture among the the staff. Everyone is always smiling and ready to provide any support you might need as a guest. It's an place you will not regret staying at.

May 2024Beautiful spacious rooms and very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel more than welcome, especially Amir is a true star who made us smile and leave happy after our wonderful diner. Amazing breakfast and 24hr. reception. Great bonus is that there is a real good quality Starbucks in the lobby. We will definitely be coming back and already looking forward to it.

March 2024We had the pleasure of hosting a corporate meeting at Holiday Inn Camden Lock recently and found the venue to be a lovely compliment to a very successful day. The location is excellent, with stunning views over the canal, the meeting rooms are spacious and of a very high standard, with plentiful access to power sockets and good technology. The GM Oliver and his team went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of, and we received exemplary service from every team member, who made us feel welcome and valued throughout. The check-ins for my colleagues who were staying at the property were all polite, professional and effortless, and colleagues who arrived early could store their suitcases in the luggage hold behind reception. The team were well turned out, smart, and congenial with every interaction, and the property is in fine condition. The whole day ran smoothly and seamless thanks to the courteous support of HI Camden Lock’s team members. I certainly recommend.

May 2024Great location. Rooms were fine although the pillows were a little too soft for my liking. The best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent value but again the service was excellent. Prerna was the host and was very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to her! Bar was open 24 hours which was something I wasn’t expecting but certainly took advantage of!

May 2024Experience the hustle and bustle of Camden Market without being exposed to the hustle and bustle of Camden Market? You can do this in the rooms with balconies on the fifth floor - and there are probably two of the largest balconies in the whole of Camden that you can use privately. I was very excited to spend the afternoons up here and watch the action "down there". Just right for me. Room 506 has the large balcony facing Lock and is built in a semi-circular shape. It offers plenty of space, has a cosy bed, a nice bathroom with shower and bath and is equipped with all kinds of extras. A fantastic team of excellent staff ensures that nothing else is missing. Everyone I dealt with was very polite, chatty and helpful. It's so great to be able to get a coffee from a good machine or all kinds of other drinks and snacks at any time of day or night. The value for money is already very good without the balcony - with the balcony from room 506, the Holiday Inn in Camden becomes unbeatable. thank you for making my stay a special one!
