The best Roast beef Sunday dinner in town!! Great value for London, great prosecco, what's not to like. All the staff were amazing and attentive, highly recommend. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious!

We came here for the steak. And we did it make a mistake. The food is quite good as well as the service. A bit disappointing is the lack of draft beer, even the bottled one is small. Excellent impression was the moment when they forgot one of our orders, they apologised, brought it after some time and didn’t charge us. This is perfect customer care and experience.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Hawksmoor's borough branch! Feargal looked after us and gave us absolutely exceptional service. He was beyond attentive and ensured that all of our needs were met so that we had the best experience possible. Our water glasses were never empty and he delivered all our food very promptly. We were thoroughly impressed! The food was delicious and indulgent. We ordered from the express menu, which is an outrageously good deal for £33. We started with the potted beef, which was absolutely delightful. The gravy was flavourful and rich. It paired well with the delicious, creamy beef and perfect Yorkshires. For our mains we went for the steak and made the choice to upgrade to a fillet for an extra £7. The steak was buttery and cooked to perfection. I've never had such a flavourful and tender fillet. The chips were by far the best I've ever had with a crunchy outside and a light and fluffy inside. To finish, we had the sticky toffee pudding sundae, which was a decadent end to a lovely meal. The rich toffee flavour and chunks of pudding were balanced nicely with the ice cream and clotted cream. All in all, it was a brilliant evening and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Our first visit to Hawksmoor and wow, what an absolute gem, from the moment we arrived (late as wife was watching strictly in the bath) but what a great experience. Staff were amazing, so friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Food was delicious and such generous portions. Can't recommend it enough and can't wait to return to try out the Sunday lunch.. Must mention our waiter Thiago, what an absolute star...x x

We visited for my mum’s birthday yesterday. The Sunday Roast was amazing and well worth the wait. The star in this case is lost on service and ambience. Firstly our waitress was nice enough, but I could see that the other servers were interacting much more with their tables and that’s unfortunately not the experience we had. Considering we were there for a special occasion and she didn’t wish my mum a happy birthday when we sat down was disappointing. Also, the restaurant was extremely noisy, could be considered quite overwhelming for some. Secondly, the wait time for food was too long. 45 minutes for a roast which I assume they are making many of throughout the afternoon felt far too long. After we had finished eating we didn’t even feel to stay for my mums birthday dessert due to how long everything took. A shame as the food was fantastic. Would return but perhaps to another branch that is quieter on a Sunday.
