Beautiful place to visit with family. There’s an audio tour for adults and one for kids. For King Henry VIII fans there’s some interesting trivia info even though he’s not buried here. It’s a little tomb like because of how many people are buried inside but it’s beautiful. I recommend taking the extra tour upstairs for 5 pounds more. Pictures are not allowed but the artifacts are spectacular and it’s more like a museum than the mausoleum below.

The Westminster Abbey was an amazing experience. To walk amongst such great history was pure joy. You need to spend at least 1.5 hours here to soak it all in. There's so much history and information. You are given an audio guide when you come in and that really helps. Many monarchs and famous personalities have been buried here. So do take your time and look for them. We were so excited to see The coronation chair . The crowd is well managed. A good tip would be to finish off with the change of guards at Buckingham palace and move onto see the Westminster Abbey. It is at a walkable distance. A must visit place while you are visiting London. Highly recommend.

Amazing historic place with great architecture. I loved the history with great people like Newton, Darwin, Faraday and Stephen Hawking's remains buried there. We also attended a service there. The staff is very nice at answering questions. Would highly recommend taking the audio tour.

Simply breathtaking….. As a Catholic, I have never visited an Anglican church. This place was unbelievable!! So ornate. So much history. Definitely buy your tickets early as it sells out and, spring for the extra ticket to view the Galleries. Well worth it.

Definitely a good idea to buy tickets in advance. Unsure about how busy it would be on a weekend, but a Monday afternoon was relatively chill for our experience. No line to enter, there were a decent amount of people inside, but not overwhelming. Didn't realize that there were so many memorials to different people inside. Would love to go again to hear an organ Recital!
