December 2023My dog has been going for day care here for the last six months, and honestly the only way we can leave the cuddle club is if I physically carry him out. He really considers the places as his own home. Dee has also been one the biggest reasons I’m super comfortable to leave my dog, she’s an absolute gem, she UNDERSTANDS the anxiety of a dog owner, and does everything to make sure my mind is at ease! I’ve also recently had cuddle club for an in-apt sitting for about two weeks. The service I received is 100% worth the price, my dog was happy and well fed and that’s all I care about. Gabi took care of my home as her own, and I had pictures and updates constantly through the day. +brownie points for the all the lovely events at cuddle club!

December 2023We were struggling with our little dog’s claws for a while - she was so nervous getting them trimmed and we were also inexperienced. We went to the cuddle club and unfortunately the first time wasn’t a success because of how nervous our dog was. Instead of charging us again for the second attempt they kindly allowed us to return a couple months later and it was a success! They accommodated our little nervous nelly with no judgment and a lot of kindness. Thank you so much! Other than this our dog loves visiting and running around, and they have a good selection of products too!

March 2024Codii and Ollii had a fabulous grooming experience at The Cuddle Club! Summer, who groomed them, is very talented, leaving them relaxed and looking absolutely adorable. Aneka, was incredibly friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, it was a delightful experience, and I personally couldn't be happier with their new fresh cuts! Highly recommend The Cuddle Club for top-notch grooming and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

December 2023My dog, mum and I had such a great experience at the cuddle club. We were a little nervous leaving her in the hands of strangers but she was so happy when we came to collect her she didn't want to leave! Which is saying a lot for a dog that can sometimes be anxious. There are so many shops and places to eat while you wait too. Staff are so friendly and will look after your pup while you're gone 5* and will definitely be returning in the upcoming year

It was the first time I took my dog to get groomed and the staff were very understanding - they even let me watch! they were very kind towards my dog and were very also helpful when I asked questions. They also made my dog look good and smell great! Overall great experience for my dog.
