August 2021The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our family room had two large and comfy beds, amazing view overlooking the lake. We had lovely cocktails and dinner on the terrace in the sunshine. Staff are extremely genuine and friendly. Lovely decor. Great price. Couldn't be happier with the stay, just wish it was for longer.

September 2021Wonderful hotel. Stayed this weekend gone and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were spacious and stylish as were the rest of the hotel. Wonderful view of Waterford from rooms. Food was great, lots of choice for breakfast and the staff were fantastic. Very help and attentive, nothing was to much.

August 2021Was here on a business meeting for one night. Parking is underneath the hotel, with the reception on the 1st floor. Staff were helpful and also kept busy as there was a wedding taking place that same time i was there. Breakfast was decent on the Saturday morning, and both check in & out was fast and simple. My room has air -con and was a good size room and bathroom. As the hotel is centrally located in Southport, it was a easy walk into the town center and along Lord Street for and evening meal and drink.
