The waterfront hall again at the NI open snooker another great night out Friday Can't think anything negative or bad to be honest

Was in for a conference, the choice of beverages wasn't the best, the food was quite nice but the warm food would have been better if it was warmer and too much mayonnaise in the sandwiches. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience considering it was such a large event and good facilities for people with mobility issues.

Watched the Australian Pink Floyd Experience. Tickets scanned nice and quick, the staff very friendly, the queues for food and drink moved quickly. The sound was exceptionally good on this occasion. Overall a fantastic venue in Belfast for events.

Second time visiting for the snooker. First of all, the staff are all very friendly. The theatre itself is excellent, a good view no matter where you sit. One area I would like to see improved is the bar/food options. Alcohol is slightly on the pricey side at almost 7 pounds a pint and I find the food options very limited and also rather steep. I had a burger in the afternoon which was actually lovely but no chips or anything with it so felt very steep for about 7 pounds. Other options were beef pies/pasties but when you're staying for the entire day it's just not substantial enough so I actually ended up heading out during the break between afternoon and evening sessions to a local chipper. Aside from that, the venue is very well kept and in a nice area of the city. Will definitely be back again

Rang before booking tickets for myself and my 4 year old to see Lord of the dance was told it was perfectly OK to book two seats one in front of the other as there was hardly any seats left side by side. Rang and booked the the same tickets last year one in front of the other had no problem when seeing the same performance. This year showed our tickets about to head to our seats got told NO it is not acceptable, had to move to a different section. No sorry or we will make it up to you for there mistake. Overall performance was good just not our seats.
