I have not found a venue that matches what they offer for flexibility, service, F&B, decor, ambience and ease - trust me I have tried! If you are considering hosting an event at Hotel Cafe Royal, do it, their events team are beyond brilliant and enormously helpful. Thank you Hotel Cafe Royal for making my life easier!

From the moment I arrived, I was met with impeccable service and warm hospitality that set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of London, just steps away from Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, and some of the city's most iconic attractions. Whether you're in town for shopping, sightseeing, or business, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient base. We were upgraded to a suite (based on our booking) and it was beautifully appointed. The staff was 5 stars in every way.

February 2025We stayed last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Huge thanks to all staff for making our stay so special, but especially the kind lady at the front desk who checked us in. Absolutely fabulous service all round. Deluxe Room was very comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom with heated floors and TV in the mirror. The spa was amazingly serene with great amenities. The hotel is in an Iconic building, it was such a thrill walking out of the doors to be right there on Regent Street and Piccadilly! Would love to stay again for a special occasion.
