Stayed at Hotel Café Royal and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London, making it perfect for exploring the city’s attractions. The building itself is steeped in history, offering a unique blend of classic charm and modern luxury. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond, but a special mention goes to Victor, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for both its central location and outstanding hospitality!

The most incredible two night stay. I absolutely love the service and location of this hotel. The rooms are of an incredible size and the attention to detail is like no other you would have experienced. Special thank you to the incredible team for their love - the complimentary champagne upon arrival and cheesecake was delicious!

Perfect choice for a luxury respite in the hustle and bustle in central London. Service is top notch, and the thoughtful poem notes during turndown service are a nice touch. I’ve stayed at many hotels in London, and Cafe Royal is amongst the best.

Got afternoon tea here. Have had many multiple afternoon teas that were half of the price of this one that tasted better and fresher. Finger sandwiches weren’t great, tasted bland and quite stale go be honest. The scones were very good with the cream and jam. However the sweets were too strong they were harsh to hard to get down. Champagne was flavorful at first but became flat rather quick. Ending on a positive note the staff was extremely Friendly and knowledgeable on the items with descriptions of what they were. Super friendly and professional. Overall, a mediocre experience at best.
