An amazing, independent, community studio with a huge array of different classes taught by incredibly high quality teachers. Super friendly and warm staff - no yoga pretentiousness you find at bigger named studios

While on vacation a friend mentioned they like this studio. We walked by but it was closed. The manager, Dominic, who is an absolute legend, saw us looking through the glass and came out. He invited us in to see the studio despite it being closed and was so welcoming we decided to take a class later that week. Class itself was also great (kettle bell class), great instructor, good pace, felt great after. Highly recommend this studio to anyone in London, no matter how quick your visit.

my favourite place to be 🫶🏻 wonderful space, soooo much more than your average yoga studio! A bunch of *incredible* teachers, lots of playful and explorative classes of all different flavours from yoga to callisthenics, gymnastics and boxing. A truly community focused space where managers mingle with the crowd in a very warm and authentic way. Curiosity and playfulness in encouraged and you naturally open up to others in and out of the classes. I made a bunch of friends over the months coming here regularly and sooo grateful for this space 🙏🏻

I love waking dreams - it’s such a gorgeous, community focused studio. it’s reasonably priced, the teaches are wonderful, the classes and welcoming and approachable! I’ve tried new classes there and always felt well instructed and in safe hands. I’d definitely recommend!

A cozy, welcoming, neighborhood studio with various types of exercise. Came here for FLOW on a rainy day, it was just what I needed. There's a small cafe near the reception, they gave us a small cup of chai and orange slices afterwards - what a nice touch. Will come back!
