Novotel Birmingham Centre

Lovely Hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, it’s a 20 minute walk to the Bullring, or a 5 minute tram ride (there is a tram stop a couple of minutes away from the hotel). In the area there is Pubs, Clubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues, a cinema ( 2 minutes walk). The staff of the Hotel are friendly! I had an issue with my booking and they helped me quickly and professionally.

Went here for afternoon tea i was impressed by the lovely dinning area. Also the area where we had the afternoon tea was impressive lovely decor. The male staff are very welcoming and give excellent service. Asking if had any allergies what we would drink everything was excellent from beginning to end. One of the best afternoon tea we have every had too. Looking forward to going again. Thank you.

Great place with staff that are willing to go the extra mile.. After a recent stay here to watch a concert, my daughter realised she'd lost something that meant the world to her. She was devastated. As we were halfway home to Derby, I decided to phone the hotel reception with details of the situation, hoping the item might still in the room. They successfully located the item, and I arranged for it's collection by courier. This was such a lovely touch by the staff, as after all, the item was just a guitar pick. One of the guitarist from the band we'd gone to see had given the pick to my daughter the previous evening, when we met some of them at a local pub. Thank you so much for your help. You have made my (and my daughter's) year!!
