Colonel Saab, now open in Trafalgar Square, adds a new chapter to London's culinary diversity following our successful flagship in Holborn. We are delighted to share our passion for blending traditional Indian flavours with contemporary culinary approaches. Our menu, crafted with care, features aromatic signature plates and innovative starters, each dish reflecting our dedication to culinary excellence.
The ambiance of our Trafalgar Square location is inspired by the Choudhary family's journeys across the Indian subcontinent. Restaurateur Roop Partap Choudhary has infused the restaurant with elements reflective of both his family's heritage and the rich traditions of Indian cuisine. Guests can enjoy the elegant bar, a cosy lounge area, and a dining room adorned with beautiful Firozabad chandeliers, alongside a mezzanine level and two private dining rooms. At Colonel Saab, we strive to offer a welcoming atmosphere that complements our menu, inviting guests to enjoy a taste of India's culinary and artistic heritage in the heart of London.

Food is incredible - we got some extra packed to take home with us because it was so delicious! We were served by Rony, who was super polite friendly and helpful and very very attentive. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s a beautiful restaurant. Milk cake is incredible!

Colonel Saab is an absolute gem in the heart of London! The moment you step in, you're transported to India with the vibrant decor and aromatic spices. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff who were happy to recommend dishes. But the real star is the food! Every bite was an explosion of flavor. From the delicate starters to the rich, complex curries, each dish was a masterpiece. The naan was perfectly cooked. This is without a doubt one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

Best service in at least a year and two continents!! Rani took superb care of us this evening on our quick dinner before heading to the theatre. Our meal was served quickly, delicious, and he took the utmost care with special attention to my son. We will make this a mandatory stop in all future trips to London!!

Pretty good Indian food. A lot of variety on the menu, including the classic dishes we had such as butter chicken and the paneer curry, both of which were quite tasty and presented well. Desserts were okay though we didn't like the milk cake as much as the mains. Portion sizes were decent but could be a little bigger, especially considering the prices. Service was excellent throughout.
