TLocated in Nova, Victoria's newest upscale development Timmy Green is named after founder Prue Freeman's late brother, a true Australian cowboy whose life was devoted to the land and whose legacy inspires much of the menu which focuses upon prime grass fed meats and childhood inspired sharing plates, in addition to our famous Aussie brunch.
Timmy holds 150 covers and is set over two floors with an extensive alfresco outdoor seating area, all of which moves effortlessly from casual coffee spot to buzzing evening bar and restaurant. Extensive local craft beers are served alongside an almost all Australian natural wine list and innovative cocktails in our all day-bar. Interiors aim to create and inspire a calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city life by blending extended planting, reclaimed oak and canvas fabrics with carrara marble, lacquered brass and two huge private commission art pieces.

Discovered this gem on a dreary London day, and what a delightful escape it was! Beyond their exceptional coffee, the vegetarian options here are truly extraordinary. The grilled halloumi was a revelation - perfectly charred with a crisp exterior that gave way to a creamy, salt-kissed interior. Each bite offered a delightful contrast of textures that elevated this often-simple cheese to a gourmet experience. The winter greens risotto was equally impressive - a nuanced dish that demonstrated real culinary skill. Creamy and rich, it balanced earthy green notes with a subtle brightness, proving that vegetarian cuisine can be both sophisticated and deeply satisfying. The risotto had a perfect consistency, each grain of rice cooked to precise al dente perfection. My hazelnut cappuccino was strong yet smooth, with a beautifully subtle hazelnut undertone that complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between refined and comfortable - a warm refuge from London's dreary weather. An absolute must-visit for vegetarians! The menu shows genuine creativity and respect for plant-based ingredients. The welcoming staff and impressive selection of spirits are just bonus points for an already stellar dining experience. Special shout-out to Connor for being an amazing host and bartender!

Great restaurant in Victoria with a buzzing atmosphere and a friendly team. We went for a team dinner and the food was exceptional! Between us we tried nearly everything on the menu and no one was disappointed! Everything was to a high standard and beautifully presented. I had the Tomahawk Steak and a pineapple dessert! Both were so good. Definitely recommend Timmy Green if you’re out for a special dinner!

Lovely brunch place near Victoria, with beautiful environment and the most wonderful service from Faizul and Nick. Everything came up like an art piece. I would highly recommend the pancakes. Definitely will come back again.

I have been the Scarlett green before, and had good experiences, so my friend and I thinking to try an other branch of the company, but it’s was not the same. The food was ok, but the avocado it was harder than I expected. And this is my friend birthday treat, any I made a reservation in advance and mentioned about it, but they arranged the table edge of the corner for us due to not full occupy. And I made some drink for first, please let us decided what to eat, the waitresses was very curious and came 3times in five minutes to question what we gonna order. Anyway, the Scarlett green is the best, service and foods and atmosphere but not TIMMY GREEN, we are chosen the wrong one , we have attention for this and trust the reviews.
