Was so happy to get here on Wednesday night on our return from Liverpool. Room and service great. Breakfast was yummy and plenty of it.

Lovely clean, spacious room and amazing staff, we have never encountered such friendly staff at a hotel. Particularly Chris on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble and always has a smile and a friendly greeting and Matt the chef who really looked after us at breakfast.

Very smooth experience, no problems. A convenient location if you are looking to travel by train. Nice and helpful staff. You'll need to close the window at night because of the noise from the street and nearby buildings. The breakfast could be a bit warmer. Recommended.

Waited a while to check in due to one receptionist and her service level wasn’t what you’d expect for being welcomed to a hotel. The room was clean, but there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Stayed 2 nights and the car park was £44 due to problems when trying to leave the recommended car park.

Rooms are really small. Barely enough room for 2 people. Staff really pleasant and friendly. Nice seating area for drinks. Good location and breakfast was very nice.
