Outdoor Private Swimming Pool, Team Away Day

Our garden and pool can be found near Ashford Kent. This purpose-built pool area has a chilled out Ibiza feel including three seated areas with gas fire pits, an outdoor wood fire and gazebos.

This area is perfect for a birthday parties family gatherings, celebrations, lunch with friends, photo shoots or a work away day.

The area is flooded with natural light so it's perfect for video and photography. There are a variety of aesthetes but the general feel is mediterranean. The Pool room holds about 30 people. The whole area can comfortably accommodate more than 50 people. The changing room and toilet are all on one level.

The space is all about the outdoors and we have created different areas within the space for eating, relaxing and entertaining. The Garden in front of the pool (half an acre) has a very English Country Garden feel.

The house backs onto an unobstructed panoramic view of the rolling Kent Downs on one side. The road is one of three into the village. Only 45 minutes from the M25. Nearest stations are Ashford International (St Pancras 37minutes) or Wye (Charing X/ Victoria).

Parking is not an issue for cars and larger vehicles, on site in the paddock or on the roadside. An electric car charger is on site

The Pool area is accessed from a pea gravel main drive, about 500metres from the main house.

I can arrange all sorts of extras such as DJ, band, catering, performers, balloons. We aim to please, so feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.

The White Pool with porcelain white surround is the focal point. The pool is heated to 30 degrees during summer. The Pool room has an eclectic, quirky feel. The changing room and toilet are all on one level. The space is all about the outdoors and we have created different areas within the space for eating, relaxing and entertaining.

The Garden in front of the pool (half an acre) has a very English Country Garden feel. You are welcome to take photos of the garden such as the Orchard or Vineyard, by prior arrangement.

PLEASE NOTE: I have a small dog. She doesn't venture far from me. She can be noisy when new people come to our home but calms down quickly. If you do not want the dog around I can arrange a sitter but will need to charge extra for this.
