A great institute and centre for members and their guests with a business suite, library and cafe, open from 7am-8pm. Unfortunately not open on weekends.

Good location close to parliament. Great RICS member facilities, Library, professional bookshop, members lounge, Roux Restaurant at several levels. Wonderful old world bar great liquid stock traditional scotch whisky and all you come to expect when thinking of fine food and dining. Conferences rooms photo opportunities balcony overlooking Parliament sq.

Members only.... Great facilities for meeting etc. Check before going - the restaurant hasn't yet recovered from Covid - while I don't mind turning the kettle on, you'll be disappointed if you expect to entertain a client for a quick bite or a 'frothy caramel mackyarto'. Library/research facilities not yet re-opened, either.

Very shady, I got referred. Another guy who had worse case studies than mine. Only submitted to meet deadline and see what needs improving actually passed. Over the years i checked other people works quiet shocked to see who passes who doesn’t. In short they select who passes and fails. Not really respectable Better institution out there with better support and guidance and are respected in there fields.

This organisation pretends to offer reassurance that their ‘qualified’ members are competent. Under the shiny veneer of their media output the truth is they prove themselves incapable of properly investigating serious negligence or taking action against rogue Surveyors in the UK. That might sound like sour grapes - well it’s the opinion of a Chartered Surveyor with a 40 year career behind him. RICS deserves a royal charter about as much as The Post Office!
