July 2024Had a enjoyable meal at Pen Yen. A small issue with service at one point but Andreas the manager was great and resolved within no time. Will surely be back. We then had desserts on 9th floor and everything was great. Staff and team very attentive. Thank you to the manager at Pen Yen for managing everything so swiftly.

July 2024I can’t tell too many good things about the food. The pizza simply tastes lifeless. I also never stayed in any rooms, but I can say that they do nice beverages. The service had always been great, and atmosphere is super nice with plenty of options. Especially if you come on Mondays, there is more space then and you’re more likely to find a more quieter spot. 🙂🤗

March 2024Great house, FANTASTIC gym and sauna and pool area. You’ll love the rooftop brunches and drinks on sunny days as there’s a lovely pool. Tons of cultural and musical events happening in this house. Rooms are practical and compact, in the retro style.

Every time I visit Soho House, I am greeted with warm and friendly hospitality by the staff. They make me feel welcomed and ensure that my dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhance the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Moreover, the food at Soho House is nothing short of amazing. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail and bursting with flavour. Every bite is a culinary delight, and I am consistently impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. In summary, Soho House in White City is a place where I always feel welcomed by the staff, and the food is absolutely amazing. July 2024Stayed for a weekend in April. Rooms were quite nice, however staff were condescending and unhelpful. They seemed to apply the rules selectively, as we were told we had to leave the cafe area when we were on a video conference for a meeting, even as others were doing the same. This came after they were condescending and unhelpful after we had some issue connecting to the network, telling us to “get a new laptop”.
