The room was amazing and had everything in it that we needed and more. Just one negative about the room, you could hear everything outside the room, when people walked by the room or when a door was closed by another guest. The breakfast tasted very good with a vast selection to choose from. I would definitely stay there again.

I’ve seen lots of bad reviews but had to go here for a training session. This is my third time visiting and I’ve had no problems each time. The rooms are spacious and clean with great facilities. When I went in the winter I was able to heat up in the room and last week I took out the fan from the cupboard and kept myself cool. I took my swimming costume the first time I visited but there were children’s lessons on so I couldn’t test it out. Food has been up and down on different days but a great improvement from my first trip to my last, they respond to feedback which is awesome

Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms very well decorated and modern. No A/C. Wifi free throughout with good speeds. Free parking available. There are private dining cubicles in he garden which is something I hadn't seen before. Nice bar area with a good selection of drinks. Breakfast really delicious, buffet style. The whole area and views amazing.

Nice hotel set within nice grounds. Meeting rooms were well sized and good facilities including coffee machines, snacks and water. Rooms were comfortable but lack of air conditioning meant they did get stuffy. Breakfast and lunch/dinner buffets were good. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Did not get a chance to try the leisure facilities but seemed good. Would recommend for conference venue

Recently I've been coming to this hotel each week to use their pool, the changing rooms are tiny and quite frankly disgusting today there was at least 20 soiled towels left on the floor. It’s £11.50 to use the pool which is quite costly but it’s usually quiet so I don’t mind paying. I’ve dealt with a few different receptionists over the past few weeks that have all been welcoming and friendly however today 08/08/24 at 17:00 the receptionist was not welcoming at all and quite rude, she didn’t even look up from her desk whilst talking to me. It would seem she thinks she’s too important to address customers correctly.
