January 2025We once stayed at a 5 star hotel for our anniversary - and this was nicer. Beautifully decorated, lovely atmosphere, brilliant location. But what really made it was the staff, Ashley in particular. She clearly really cared about ensuring our stay was brilliant and made it so. We were only there for one night and we have come so refreshed and happy. We are already planning our next trip back.

March 2025I got a good deal due to the time of year. For us northerners though, the prices are too rich at anytime onwards through summer now. The food, particularly eggs Benedict for breakfast was superb. Service, atmosphere and location all 100% I was on business by myself this time, If I can get a deal again, I'll bring my wife and see Hampton Court.

January 2025We had a fantastic stay as a family of 4 - all the staff from reception to doorman to waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely. The family room was great with built in bunk bed cabins with individual curtains on each bunk and a book waiting on their beds. The food was amazing. Brilliant to have Hampton Court Palace tickets included and you couldn’t be any closer. Lovely pub and cafe right next door too. We will definitely be back!

January 2025Great hotel with comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast included. I had a courtyard room which allowed me to step outside for fresh air which was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped. The restaurant overlooking the river is first class. Two minor suggestions for improvement, (relevant to business people who might be working in their rooms): the heating was off during the day which meant the room was quite cold in January. I was told the heating would come back on but not until 4pm. Second, there were no available power sockets near the bed or desk. However, the front desk provided a power strip on request. I don't know why they wouldn't just leave this in the room for every guest.

February 2025A beautiful old hotel with lovely views of the Thames. Staff were very welcoming & attentive. Our bed was very comfy & the shower was excellent. Food was beautifully presented & perfectly cooked with a good choice on the menu. The only downside I would say is there wasn’t a socket next the bed, but apart from that it was spot on. Would highly recommend it if you like old style hotels with history about them.
