October 2024What a fantastic hotel! Amazing location by the palace and on the river. The staff are all very friendly without exception. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived!. The cocktails in The Boathouse are amazing! Our room was fabulous, well appointed and very comfortable. The decor in the hotel has been well executed and is definitely a special boutique hotel! I will certainly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our stay special!

November 2024Very pleasant stay, thank you! Unbeatable location, with a view of Hampton Court Palace and near the train station. Staff and service was also amazing. The room was tidy and warm. Overall, it was an incredible stay and I would come again.

September 2024We recently stayed three nights here. We enjoyed the hotel immensely, especially the restaurant and breakfast. The location is perfect, right outside Hampton Court palace, the main reason for our stay I have mobility problems and expected steps, of which there are many, but thanks to the.staff, were able to overcome them all. Ashley especially was a jewel. Our room location was also perfect for access to the outside via a lift and ramp for my mobility scooter. The room itself was very comfortable, with a fridge for water and fresh milk.

November 2024Stayed 8th November 2024. Excellent value for money. We booked the standard room for a competitive price compared to other hotels in Hampton and Richmond. Staff were excellent from the minute you arrive, lovely little touches with the wine on arrival and quality products in the room ( biscuits hanging on the door were nice!). Room spotless, just very hot but that was our fault. The breakfast option that came with the room was very good and lots of options. Overall brilliant stay in a great location.
