A high-end live performance venue, gallery and community hub in the heart of Streatham Hill. Our Stage Space, Studio and Bar are fully equipped and available for hire. Our quirky decor and visual art exhibitions provide a unique setting for a variety of events. We are a charity and all our profits go back into supporting our work with artists, the community and young people. We’re fully wheelchair accessible and just a 15 minute train ride from Victoria.

We’re one of the most affordable and flexible options you’ll find, let your imagination go wild.

The bright Studio Space can accommodate a range of different activities and set ups including rehearsals, conferences, meetings, training and away days as well as being perfect for workshops, and as an additional space to the Bar Space for parties. Visual arts exhibitions mean that there is always something unique on display, and LED lights can be used to bring additional colour to the space. Shuttered windows enable natural daylight or complete privacy depending on your needs. Access to projector that's already set up in there is super useful for workshops and a fun element to add to all kinds of different events.

Day rates are based on an 8 hour daytime booking. Rates vary depending on the time of day/day or the week, please get in touch for full details and breakdowns.

    We recently hired the Bar / Foyer area for a staff Away Day. It's a great space for informal meet ups, with comfy sofas, lots of natural light, and a kitchen to make hot drinks. It's level access which is really important for us, and really well connected by buses.
