November 2024🙂↕️All the great work by team was overshadowed by the staff 👨💼 ( black shirts) in basement floor. Their response to a simple question was defensive and unwanted. Easily could have directed me to another staff member. Great venue, good drinks selection and easy to book process. Hosted a leaving do here and people complimented the venue.
