Surely I shouldn’t dread collecting a parcel? I do when I have to go here. Without fail this service fails at each visit, whether through patronising staff or not being open during the 8AM-10AM slot it’s meant to be. When I see Royal Mail as carrier I think twice about making an order because of this place. Astonishing.

Today at the Whitechapel post office I was served by Syeda, she was really rude. I made a mistake and she got angry, she was arguing with me shaking her head and Confronting me about it belittling me. I'm a customer I won't know the process that's for her to know and for her to explain. Other customers were looking at me and I felt humiliated! I will be taking this to social media. She has an attitude problem and needs to be re trained and spoken to. She looked like she did not want to be there. The mistake was a 3 second fix. It's unbelievable! If you can't handle working at the post office how are you going to manage life?!

I was meant to get my parcel delivered at 1pm and at 11am I get a “something for u” email when I’ve been home the whole time and the letter says no one was home to collect the parcel. And to collect it’s impossible as their opening times are never actually opening times. The guy didn’t even bother knocking on my door as I can see on my camera and he just left the letter in my letter box. Their next available delivery is two days from today. I tried to call customer service but no luck as they said they’ll call me back but never did. Very very poor. royalmail should be shut down at this rate with not a single good review
