The Meadow Room, situated on the 1st floor of 1 Hotel Mayfair, is an impressive event space spanning 158 square meters. This versatile room benefits from natural daylight on both sides, creating an inviting and well-lit environment ideal for a variety of functions.
The Meadow Room can be configured in several ways to accommodate different types of gatherings and layouts. For instance, it can host a boardroom or long table setup for dinner, comfortably seating up to 28/30 guests. For a more casual setting, it can be arranged in a cabaret style, accommodating up to 56 guests. If a more formal educational setup is required, the room can be configured in a classroom style for up to 80 guests.
For events requiring more extensive table arrangements, the room can feature two long tables side by side, fitting up to 72 guests. A U-shape layout can accommodate up to 35 guests, ideal for meetings that require interaction. For presentations and performances, the theatre setup can hold up to 60 guests. Additionally, for larger, more informal gatherings, the reception style allows for up to 150 guests.

May 2024Stunning interiors, amazing location, World class staff. This dog friendly hotel makes you feel like you are at home while traveling. It’s welcoming and inviting, a calming yet uplifting space. They were so kind to our dog Winston, he absolutely loved the staff. How many times do you go to a hotel and develop a first name relationship with the staff … well at the 1 Hotel Mayfair it happened multiple times. From Mickey, the elite doorman, that gave us a personal tour of the hotel and made us feel welcomed, to Moe, the bar manager that impressed us with amazing drinks at the gorgeous bar, and Terri, who sat and spoke with us and made us feel like true guests in the hotel, not just a customer. The restaurant, the lounge, the lobby, the room, everything about the hotel is designed to perfection. I may say, it’s one of, if not THE coolest hotel in London. April 2024Superb service, facilities and location in the heart of Mayfair with a quick walk almost everywhere in the area and a tube literally 2 min walk. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and pampering. Concierge team was very helpful across our 8 night stay with recommendations, reservations and anything else we needed. The restaurant food and ambiance is top notch with great selection of foods and attentive service. Gym is very well equipped and one of the best hotel gyms I have used. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

July 2024Stayed at 1Hotel at Mayfair and had a wonderful experience. From the spacious rooms, to the great service at the bar to the location next to everything! My stay was both enjoyable and relaxing, the best kept secret bar none was the burger and fries! What an amazing dish. One unfortunate incident happened at breakfast when the waiter got us the wrong order even though we were in a hurry the concierge was able to have a quick remedy and send us on our way happy 😁 Definitely looking forward to our next stay

March 2024I had the pleasure of staying at 1 Hotel Mayfair. The customer service was top notch. The front staff from the time you approach the door and make your way to the desk was amazing. I loved my room and the "green" friendly environment. The only comment is to be aware of the room amenities. There is a charge for common items such as chips, cookies, etc. Most hotels with the exception of alcoholic beverages tend to give all snacks as complimentary. Either case, I would return. The location is prime and can't be beat.

July 2024Great hotel, excellent spa, bar is fantastic. BUT - the Neighbors cafe should really consider a no laptop policy, or at least move those digital nomads to Dover Yard. All the people working there on their laptops are killing the ambience. They turn such a great space into a Starbucks. And It’s impossible to get a seat! If you want to work somewhere with wifi, AC and drinks served, there’s literally a Starbucks across the road. 1 Hotel Management should reflect on this and make their entryway lounge enjoyable for people who come here to meet.
