Lough Erne Resort, The Thai Spa

I was a wedding guest at this location on Saturday, 29.06.24. A big thank you to Jordan & Katie, just two of our servers at table 11. While all of the serving team did a great job, I was most impressed by Jordan's food allergy awareness and how he ensured that nothing but gluten-free dishes were served to my wife. Katie was very friendly, attentive, and dependable. She was extremely good at her job despite her obvious young age. Thank you to their supervisor, Beverly, who directed her team in delivering a flawless dinner service.

Stayed 4 nights lovely staff in every department but the three restaurants are a disaster. We eat in all three restaurants the first night at the grill bar got a complementary wine as it took so long to get our meal, next in the Catalina it took 3hours to serve our meal we then tried the hotels restaurant and on both occasions we spent 2 hrs waiting for a main meal. I feel this is not acceptable they need to look at the number they book into their hotel/ restaurants or employ more kitchen staff along with more serving staff. I have been very disappointed this time and won't be rushing back.

Had a beautiful Afternoon Tea here in August. Dining room setting was lovely, beautiful china & glass ware. Napkin placed on your lap by waiter & very attentive. No complaints!
