Treated like a vip from start to finish the lovely Neal escorted me on his golf cart to my lodge by the lough. My wee one bedroom bottom floor was amazing with bathroom separate living room and kitchen and massive bedroom with everything I could need. Dinner and breakfast delicious

Lough Erne Resort is a stunning hotel in a breathtaking location. From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the surroundings and the beautifully maintained grounds made a strong impression. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the room was fantastic, well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. However, there were a few disappointments. The breakfast was very basic, while it was enough to get by, it certainly wasn’t anything special. Given the standard of the hotel, I expected more. The biggest letdown, though, was the service at the bar. I had read reviews beforehand mentioning poor service, but I didn’t expect it to be as disorganized and inefficient as it was. The spa was a nice addition, but it was quite small with limited facilities. For a hotel of this size, I can’t imagine how they manage during peak season. We had a very good stay. The highlights were undoubtedly the luxurious hotel, the well-appointed room, and the beautiful surroundings.

Visited for afternoon tea so can't comment on the hotel itself, but judging by what I saw it seems like a lovely location and beautiful place to stay. Our afternoon tea was overall a nice experience. The selection of sandwiches and desserts was great and the vegetarian options were really tasty. The only let down was the wait time, as it took almost an hour for our food. Other than this, we had a lovely time. The staff were all really welcoming and the tea selection was exceptional. I would still recommend and would definitely visit again as it could have just been a busy day.

Firstly, the staff were excellent and friendly from reception, to bar service to room service. Secondly, the setting is lovely with a beautiful golf course and walk, which we really enjoyed. However, I think that the hotel, especially the bedrooms and restaurant are 4 star at best. I thought that the the food was disappointing. The breakfast was very poor. Also, I felt that the bar food was average.
