The staff is incredibly attentive and amazing. The room was spacious and clean, Located in a prime area of the city, the hotel provides easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, top restaurants in walking distances & this hotel is overall a top pick for any visitor.

Wonderful place to stay. Right in the heart of Soho, right by the shops, short walk to the westend. Staff were super friendly at the hotel. We were promised an upgrade/surprise, which we didn't receive but this would not discourage me from staying again.

Received their afternoon tea as a virgin experience. Came with a glass of Champaign and was extremely tasty. The food itself was the perfect size, sandwiches nice and chunk, scones were fresh and sweet treats were nice and light. Overall would come again Special mention to our waiter Ramadan. Was superb.

Received a voucher from a friend to visit The Courthouse Hotel for a Luxury Champagne Afternoon Tea & Cinema experience for two. I can confirm the experience was far from luxurious. To begin, the afternoon tea isn’t in the hotel, it is hosted in an Indian restaurant next door to the hotel. Given it is advertised as being at a 5 star hotel, this is far from the truth. The decor was incredibly dated, the tables were cramped, the service was extremely poor, and the quality of the food was equivocal to that of a Premier Inn. Extremely disappointing. When it came to the cinema portion of the experience, none of the hotel’s front desk seemed to have a clue what was going on. Instead, despite asking multiple people, I had to work out where to go myself and we didn’t receive the champagne that was advertised as a result. Again, given this is meant to be a 5 star establishment, the service was comparable to that of a 2 star hotel. Curt, disinterested, rude, and frankly clueless. I cannot recommend this hotel at all and highly recommend searching elsewhere for any gifted experiences relating to them. They should not be classified as a 5 star hotel.

Staff is incredible, location couldn’t be better. But there was a medium-sized black rat that was crawling all around my hotel room and under my bed in room 306 of the Courthouse Hotel. While waiting outside the room for the staff to remove it, another rodent (small mouse) jumped from one of the hallway cabinets onto the floor and scurried down the hallway. I really wish I was lying as the hotel location here is perfect, right in front of Carnaby St. Staff gave me a new room for the night (confirmed they already checked for mice), gathered my luggage, brought it to the new room, and apologized (it really wasn’t their fault). But hopefully management takes notice of this and takes their rodent infestation problem seriously as this is unacceptable for a “5 Star Hotel”. I could’ve forgiven the fact that it was an older building with stained carpet in the rooms, a janky elevator and worn interior materials in the rooms and lobby (tile, lounge chairs, bed headboard, etc.) but it was the rodent infestation that completely ruined my feelings about this place which is a shame. If you’re considering this place, you’re probably thinking this wouldn’t happen to you, but take a look at the price you’re about to pay here and ask yourself if you’re prepared to ask for a refund if it did.
