Dorsett Shepherds Bush Hotel Meeting Space, Heron Suite

This is my second time staying at Dorsett Shepherds Bush, and once again they did not disappoint. I have asked beforehand for any special arrangements because it was my cousin’s birthday, and a free room upgrade decorated with balloons, brownies, a huge cake made out of towels and a personalized letter was waiting for us when we checked in!! But what made our stay amazing was Maria, a HUGE thanks to Maria personally for making our stay amazing. Truly Maria was the best host of all time and she most definitely deserves a raise!!! Would definitely come back again for the wonderful service and amazing Maria.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from Victoria during my recent stay. I arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, hoping to decorate the room for my partner’s birthday. Even though check-in wasn’t until 3 pm, Victoria went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She worked hard to find a room and even upgraded me to a more expensive one at no additional cost, which made my day! When I walked into the room, I was absolutely speechless – it was stunning! It was my third stay at this hotel, and every time I leave more impressed than the last. Thank you for making this special occasion even more memorable. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel’s bar is also a standout, offering a lovely atmosphere and excellent drinks. However, the highlight of our visit was definitely Tamara at the check-in desk. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel. Her kindness and helpfulness made a significant difference in our experience. We would return just for her exceptional service, and in fact, we already have!
