Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen has become somewhat of a Canada Water institution located just a stones throw from the station. Our neighbourhood style bar focusses on great food, an excellent selection of drinks and a hub for all the live sport you could ever need!
With a contemporary bar and dining space Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen is the perfect spot whether it be brunch with friends or after work drinks to catch the game. All of our food is fresh, with a focus on well sourced ingredients; from brunch to lunch, to bar bites, Sunday roasts, delicious cocktails, a huge beer selection and a great wine list.

May 2024I went there because I was exploring the Canada water area and I was looking for a place to eat , I found this place and also they're giving 50% off for the entire month of may (what a lucky day). Everything was good. Meals, service and customer care were all done properly. Hattie the waitress is a real asset for this restaurant, always available and friendly and professional at the same time. Would definitely come back again when I have the chance

July 2024A very nice Sunday luncheon located right outside the station and situated on the outskirts of a Market selling all kinds of wonderful items. The lunch was absolutely delicious and although it was past 2pm everything was a fresh and delicious as I imagine it would be at midday. Our waiter Abbie was pleasant and friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be going back for seconds..... Oh I almost forgot to mention the sticky toffee pudding.... Outlandishly good

February 2024Have visited this place before, but only for drinks as I live in the area and the service wasn’t great. Decided to try again for dinner. Before 7:30pm apparently they have a reduced menu for higher price. As I only had starters everything came very quickly, wings were fine, but mac and cheese was very hot and overcooked (microwaved) and not a full portion so sent it back and ordered chips that were tasteless. My friends ticket got lost in the kitchen, we had to ask for the food again. Drinks were taking long to arrive. Manager resolved the issue by offering a drink on the house for my friend, but when bill arrived the drink was included so as mac and cheese that I returned. Manager resolved this issues and in general manager was polite and attentive. Even if interior looks pleasant I won’t be coming back to eat in here.

March 2024The only thing I liked about this place was the service. All waitress and waitresses were friendly and polite, even if I asked for sauce on the side and they put the sauce inside my burger. All the rest was not so nice. The restaurant is small and overcrowded and the food was absolutely disappointing. I had the grass feed burger thinking to find a a good quality but it tasted like frozen meat. Also the chips were not that nice. And the buttermilk burgers was literally a frozen chicken escalope. Most of the menu as breakfast, pancakes and main were unavailable. Margherita pizza and 4 cheeses pizza had exactly the same ingredients on the menu, but the second one was more expensive. This is also very dangerous for allergens!!! As 4 cheeses pizza has OF COURSE different ingredients than Margherita. In my personal opinion, this restaurant is also overpriced for what they offer. So unfortunately I won’t come back to this restaurant for food but only for a quick drink or beer.
