Quiet and safe place. Located walking distance to the tube system. Flexible check in and out times. Very calm atmosphere with their own chapel. Have been multiple times and will be returning

I booked 3 nights here and I had to check out early after just 1. I was given a room in the courtyard, and when I arrived one of the room windows was open. It seems that the courtyard is a real spider habitat, and a couple rather large spiders had moved in to my room. This was a major dealbreaker for me. The staff was able to honor my refund request for only the third night per their 48 hour cancellation policy, but in the end I ended up paying for 2 nights and getting one night of anxious sleep. The neighborhood is pretty far out of the city center and not that nice. Mostly I would just avoid this place for the spiders if you’re unlucky enough to get a room in the courtyard.
