October 2024Location is great once you get your bearings, trains & buses & walking. Room serviced everyday clean towels beds made vacuumed most days could do with a bit of dusting but could have something to do with renovation of the exterior walls. Breakfasts very good could do with a bit of change. After being here 11 nights the hasn’t been any change eg pan cakes, waffles, fried eggs instead of scrambled. Also a small fridge in room would be good to store medication like insulin & have a few snacks to eat during day etc.

November 2024The experience is generally good. The staff are very responsive and helpful. Despite the renovation, the owners managed to keep the premises pristine. You wouldn't know anything is going on except when outside the building. Breakfast is very good. Wouldn't mind using the hotel again or recommending it for others.

November 2024Breakfast was good, many vegan options too. The room was clean, but it would be good if we can get drinking water and a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our 2 days here.

November 20243 star hotel good enough for bed and breakfast. I stayed for 1 week that makes is little boring to eat same breakfast for 7 days. Absolutely no variety. Housekeeping missed servicing my room twice in 7 days. There was lot of construction work going on in neighboring plot. Good thing about this hotel is location - it is only 5 mins walk to lime house dlr station also same distance for bus stop to go to central london.

October 2024Good location for what we wanted to do in London. Breakfast was great. However, when we booked we were not informed of the renovations and scaffolding in place with alternative reception. Bar service was shocking. Reception to precedence over anyone wanting a drink at the bar; even though some staff not serving customers. Plus other guests happy to jump the queue given half a chance. I had two times ten minutes waits with some staff not doing customer focused work.
