Redroaster at Brighton Dome is an all-day dining venue, located in the heart of Brighton. The earth toned interior design is a nod to Redroaster’s commitment to sustainability that can be seen through the use of reclaimed steelwork, recycled plastic and stained ash accents.
Designed by an award winning architecture and design studio, Redroaster at Brighton Dome is a design-led space that feels playful and fun. With art deco influences in organic, natural shades, the venue lends itself to private functions that feel intimate and special.
Redroaster at Brighton Dome provides the perfect space for any number of events, with use of our South and West Terraces, both can be covered and heated. As an all-day dining venue, there are multiple food and drink packages available for your event and the team are also open to working together and creating something more bespoke if required.
Redroaster at Brighton Dome would make the ideal backdrop for any number of events, from business meetings, cocktail parties, private dinners to product launches and photoshoots. This is the great space to host a memorable event in a unique venue in the heart of Brighton.
The Pavilion Terrace is covered and heated and can seat up 40 or 60 standing. Perfect for an alfresco meal or a drinks party the terrace is south facing with the Pavilion Gardens directly opposite and with views over to the Theatre Royal and New Road. The terrace can be sealed to offer private access through the restaurant itself. It can be combined with the other areas to enable flexible event space.
