The hotel is at a very convenient location. Train station is just at the back door. Service of staff is good and appreciable. The rooms are quite good. I was given an accessible room and I found it quiet convenient. The only thing which I missed is Room fridge. My injections got spoiled and it was slightly frustrating to find that there is nothing to preserve medicines. Rest all is fantastic.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and great location. Stayed here for two nights, was upgraded to a room in the art deco styled GWR tower. Some folks have said the rooms are dated but it strangely all fits with this (I think deliberate) 1920’s look. The bathroom was big, and as others mentioned, the water pressure was perfect. Unlike others, the front desk staff were great, I was checked in very quickly. The location is perfect, with access to many tube stations and bike rental racks, and Hyde park around the corner for nice walks. Breakfast did have a bit of a queue but nothing terrible.

The hotel is indeed old, and while the facilities show their age, they are still usable, which I was aware of before booking. However, the water pressure in the bathroom is disappointing, and the design could be improved. Additionally, the AC in the room blows directly onto the bed, which is quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location is fantastic with several train and subway lines right underneath, making it very convenient for travel. The staff were also very nice and accommodating.

We stayed in this hotel several times before. After covid, this is the first time we visit London again. We are staying from 8 to 18 July. The double room is on the 5th floor, which is comfortable. The a/c is good. The breakfast quality has been improved a lot. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. When making enquiry to the front desk, I am told that it is given upon request. Then I made a request, but I did not see it coming until the evening. I made enquiry again and was informed that the fridge was not available. I have to ask every morning. I look at the chocolates I bought for friends as gifts, I feel hopeless. This is the weirdest experience I have ever had with a 4-star hotel.

Our room was fine. Water pressure was fantastic. The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. You can’t beat the location. 15 minutes to terminal three. That’s as easy as it gets. I overheard some other customers had noise problems but our room was fine. Will definitely return to this property. Breakfast can get very crowded.
