Set within a 250-acre Cotswold estate, Owlpen Manor is the perfect venue for any kind of get-together or celebration at all stages of your life and career. With beautiful surroundings, romance and absolute privacy, the venue can offer all you need for a wonderful, unforgettable party, wedding or away day. The venue’s fantastic team of professionals will work closely with you to design your very own bespoke package and will be on hand to take care of every detail.
We have a range of spaces for entertainment both inside and outside, which can be used for different purposes at different times of year. In our main barn venue the stunning pole barn is designed for fine dining for up to 120 people. It It is also regularly used for other purposes such as conferences, artists' retreat studio, yoga room, breakout space and ceilidh room. Next door to it, the Cyder Barn is an ideal space for dining for up to 50 people. It also has a bar area, and there is a cosy apartment on the upper floor, along with a beauty room next to it.
In the manor house itself, the Great Hall is an historic, intimate setting for small group gatherings, fine dining experiences, drinks parties and history tours.
Owlpen offers a number of beautiful locations within the estate for outdoor events. The extensive gardens and grounds provide lots of opportunities for marquees, drinks parties, breakout zones and reflection in nature. The wild swimming lake has an area next to it which is great for barbecues in the great outdoors.
The estate boasts nine holiday cottages which can be exclusively hired for up to 40 guests, and we have ample space for additional camping/ glamping epxeriences. The estate offers plenty of parking on-site.
Our in-house event planning team can arrange all sorts of outward bound experiences from nature walks to horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, gliding and history tours. Please ask the team for more inspiration!

January 2025We have been meaning to write a review for a while now, but couldn't quite figure out how to put the words together... We had the best most chilled out wedding day (despite storm Bert), which wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic venue Owlpen Manor provides and the amazing people who make it all happen. We could not be happier with how everything went and will forever be grateful to everyone for all that they did, from the waiting/bar staff right through to Hugo and Luke - they were all fantastic. We were allowed to get on and enjoy the day at our own pace but someone was always on hand to help - no matter how big or small the task. Rhiannon, in particular, was grateful to Hugo for everything he did while she was getting ready in the morning and minimising her worries! Whilst I must again thank Luke for everything he did long into the evening - including making sure we always had a drink and packing everything up ready for us to take away the next day. Not only did we have the best time, but our friends and family have all commented on what a great, relaxing day it was. The guests that stayed were also very pleased with their cottages which, mostly, stood up to the wind and rain that was thrown their way! I have no doubt that we will be back staying at Owlpen in the future, whether just the two of us or with more of the family. It truly is a magical place that will forever mean the world to us.
