Set within a 250-acre Cotswold estate, Owlpen Manor is the perfect venue for any kind of get-together or celebration at all stages of your life and career. With beautiful surroundings, romance and absolute privacy, the venue can offer all you need for a wonderful, unforgettable party, wedding or away day. The venue’s fantastic team of professionals will work closely with you to design your very own bespoke package and will be on hand to take care of every detail.
We have a range of spaces for entertainment both inside and outside, which can be used for different purposes at different times of year. In our main barn venue the stunning pole barn is designed for fine dining for up to 120 people. It It is also regularly used for other purposes such as conferences, artists' retreat studio, yoga room, breakout space and ceilidh room. Next door to it, the Cyder Barn is an ideal space for dining for up to 50 people. It also has a bar area, and there is a cosy apartment on the upper floor, along with a beauty room next to it.
In the manor house itself, the Great Hall is an historic, intimate setting for small group gatherings, fine dining experiences, drinks parties and history tours.
Owlpen offers a number of beautiful locations within the estate for outdoor events. The extensive gardens and grounds provide lots of opportunities for marquees, drinks parties, breakout zones and reflection in nature. The wild swimming lake has an area next to it which is great for barbecues in the great outdoors.
The estate boasts nine holiday cottages which can be exclusively hired for up to 40 guests, and we have ample space for additional camping/ glamping epxeriences. The estate offers plenty of parking on-site.
Our in-house event planning team can arrange all sorts of outward bound experiences from nature walks to horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, gliding and history tours. Please ask the team for more inspiration!

The lush greenery and stunning views of the Cotswold's added a touch of tranquility and elegance to the party. The manor’s staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Nothing was to much to ask, they really did make us all feel at home. One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity to explore the manor's surroundings. The picturesque gardens and the historic barns and buildings were definitely a talking point and provided multiple spaces to break up the day. June 2024We recently had our wedding at Owlpen Manor and all we can say is that it was perfect from start to finish. Bella, Hugo and Team were just amazing walking us through every step of the way and making it an easy and stress free process. The venue is just so picturesque and beautiful it is hard not to fall in love with Owlpen. We rented out all of the cottages for our Wedding which was so amazing to have all our loved ones on site with us enjoying the venue and being all together for the celebrations. Mel and Luke who were assigned our wedding were just fabulous/beautiful people and such a pleasure to work with, they had everything in hand and made our day go so smoothly. Owlpen will always have a special place in our hearts and cannot thank the team enough for such an amazing day.

July 2024The cottages need updating/deep clean, the spiders need to be taken out and please check the pipe work in the bathroom. We had a horrible smell. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but the setting is beautiful. Please think about evening out the road as our car was scratched underneath by the stone path. The food was lovely, just wish there was more to the plate. The wedding venue is beautiful, same as the church for the ceremony.
