Right in the centre but quiet, no road/city noise. I was on 3rd floor. Lovely rooms and facilities, nice relaxing bar area and a gym. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from, fresh and good quality. Great coffee ☕️

Very welcoming and a great looking place. The room was very clean, there was kettle tea and coffee supplies also iron and ironing board. The bar downstairs was quite good. Outside smoking area looked nice. Located near the shops so not a far distance to walk anywhere. Would definitely visit again

Really disappointed with the service on a booking change due to serious ill health. They said they couldnt help with our request when everyone knows hotels can do stuff if they really want too. The hotel wins this one, they get the money, well done. We win because its only cost us £149 to learn a lesson and never use this hotel chain again. We had used them before and thought we were valued customers, seems not.
