Techspace Shoreditch is a flexible workspace which host a number of exciting tech businesses. Within the building is our unique and spacious event venue, The Loading Bay.

Based at Techspace Shoreditch, this ~360 square foot space is fitted with a green screen, a white screen and two LED (adjustable colour temperature) light panels.
A basic audio package can be provided for an additional charge of £180 /day (see package details below). An extended audio and video package is also available for larger scale productions that offers more equipment and 2 hours of engineering time to help set it up. For more complex requirements, we will provide case-by-case quotes.

We are licensed until 10pm on weekdays. All alcohol must remain within the premise. No smoking or vaping inside the building.

July 2024Very poor that there’s *no* wheelchair/accessible entrance. Don’t be fooled if told there’s one around the side… it’s a fire exit that leads into/from an event space and if that’s booked out then no one’s coming in/out!
