Human Rights Action Centre, Auditorium

The Human Rights Action Centre is Amnesty International UK London office. As well as being the base for our UK work, it’s a space for our activists and the wider human rights community to meet and work. Our building is an inspirational, practical and affordable space for people to come together to learn about, debate and campaign on human rights issues.

The Human Rights Action Centre is open to the public and we have a range of spaces available to hire.

Our Auditorium can accommodate up to 120 guests; our Conference Room and Annexe are suitable for smaller meetings. The rooms can be used in conjunction with each other or booked separately – ideal for corporate events, conferences, film screenings and receptions.

A large hall suitable for conferences, team away days, film screenings, panel discussions, networking, drinks receptions, presentations, and book/product launches.

When hiring the Auditorium, you will also get access to two smaller rooms (the Action Rooms) adjacent to the main space that can be used as breakout rooms/cloakroom/green room for speakers, and to a separate area for catering: the Atrium.

The room can also be partitioned for smaller events.

We charge organisations according to their legal status. The daily hire rate for Commercial organisation is £2400 on weekdays, and £2700 on weekends. Registered charities benefit from a discount, based on their annual income. The lowest rate, for charities with an annual income below £1 million, is £715 on weekdays, and £880 on weekends.
