Stayed with my husband a couple of days ago, room was lovely with an amazing view. it’s was a beautiful view at night all lit up. We slept with the curtains open to watch it. Bathroom toiletries smelt amazing, I need to buy some next time, all staff were lovely and friendly. It’s not a cheap hotel but worth the money given it’s right next to the 02. Breakfast was good too, plenty of veggie options, (apart from no veggie sausages) not delivered yet? We went to look at the spa area before we left, will bring swimwear next time and looked amazing. My only gripe was the very soft pillows ! Will definitely be staying there again.

I can't recommend this hotel high enough. From check-in to check out, the service from every single member of staff is on point. The decor is nothing short of luxury. All the restaurants and bars have stunning views of London, the best lamb I've ever eaten! Direct access to the 02, car park outside. Stayed several times now and never been disappointed.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

Room was alright with construction going on on the facade! I would say the room is alright but for this price and this category 4 stars it’s below average - I have receive and had greater service at other European hotels with similar prices. It had high prices with almost 300 pounds a night but room quality of a 180 pounds a night hotel.
