This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

Love this hotel. Got here on business-vacation trip. The location is awesome for those who want to come for the golf or the O2 performances. We had a bra view over the water. They also have parking. The service is perfect, kind staff and service throughout all of our stay. Breakfast was perfect with such generous variety of dishes taking so many dietary things in consideration. We will definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel has a great location, really close to North Greenwich tube and great if you’re going to a gig at the O2. The London skyline view from the 1st floor bar is excellent (the rooftop bar was closed when we were there). Breakfast is superb, they cater for lots of dietary requirements and the staff are so attentive and efficient. We ordered our teas, blinked, and they were there on our table. There was so much choice for breakfast and they were constantly refilling it. The staff asked us how our breakfast was in a really genuine way wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast staff delivered by far the best service I’ve ever had in a hotel, and I’ve been to lots of hotels!

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

Lovely hotel ideally located for the o2 arena and the tube but a bit on the pricey side. The rooms are clean and well kept, large and comfortable with good amenities including tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, bath robes, aircon, ironing and a safe, there is a fridge but the downside would be that it is a minibar so no option of keeping your own food and drink cold as removing anything will charge you, ice is available if requested at reception. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is classy and modern with good facilities. Would definitely recommend if you are headed for a show.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

I had two king size rooms for four adults, one night with tickets to see Peter Kay at the O2 arena. The hotel is a 2 minute mostly undercover walk to the O2, fantastic!!! The hotel is beautiful, fantastic!!! The staff are pleasant and extremely helpful, fantastic!!!! The Sky 18 bar is awesome, fantastic!!! The breakfast was amazing, such a incredible range to choose from Full English or continental, fantastic!!!! That's the good news.... now for the not so good... The web site boasts views of the Thames or Greenwich.... Oh no!!!! We get a massive frosted window and the other room had a massive metal carbuncle, I assume a air conditioning unit. Such a shame, if I'd been staying more than one night I would have complained.... Make sure you request a room with a pleasant view above level 3

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. 1. **Poor Service and Unpleasant Room Odor:** The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, resembling body odor. I was shown to two different rooms, both of which had the same issue. The staff did not apologize or offer any assistance. In particular, Lani was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the problem. We spent a significant amount of time waiting for a solution, and no compensation was provided. 2. **Room Key Issues:** The room keys were unreliable, and I had to repeatedly request assistance from reception to access the lift. This inconvenience was not addressed properly. 3. **Subpar Spa Facilities:** The spa facilities were very basic and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the gym and sauna were closed, further diminishing the value of these amenities. 4. **Overall Staff Competence:** The staff, in general, appeared untrained and unprofessional, leading to a consistently poor guest experience.
