A lovely hotel situated perfectly for the O2 and sightseeing in London. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are impeccable and generously equipped with all you need for your stay. The spa facilities are fantastic and are complimentary which adds to the appeal of their hotel. I will definitely be back!

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

A beautiful hotel. Our room was huge! The views looked across the river towards Greenwich. Stunning at night. Our room was a family sized room. Very spacious. Everything was provided, beauty packs, toothbrushes, paste, etc Breakfast was lovely and the service was efficient and attentive. The staff were brilliant with our ten year old and nothing was too much trouble.

Centrally located in London but a good 7 minute walk to the hotel from the nearest tube station. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room is huge with all the required amenities. But had issues with the Air Con in the room which remained the same despite them sending over people to fix it.

Nice spacious rooms. Reception and concierge service was good. Breakfast was really good. Unfortunately let down by housekeeping and maintenance. I found nail clippings on the desk, the sheets were stained and the dust in places showed cleaning was perfunctory at best. Electrical sockets were not screwed in properly and loose in the wall. Cleaning staff also left corridors impossible to navigate without kicking stuff out of the way. With a small amount of effort this could be a nice hotel to stay at. Unfortunately the lack of effort and attention to detail is easily noticeable.
