Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is ideal with so much to do and see very close by. I used the Spa and it was of good quality and very enjoyable/relaxing. Staff very good and room was superb with a breathtaking view of the Thames. I only have one criticism and that is not of the hotel or my stay. I left an item in the room, my fault completely. However I rang the hotel to get some help and they said they would ring me back and failed to do so which was disappointing and that is why I have only given 3 star for service.

I stay in hotels well north of 50 nights a year and rarely stay anywhere outside of the Hilton group of hotels but am glad I did venture beyond this time! The IC at the O2 is a quality product. It's not cheap at all but it is worth it. The service was unfailingly polite throughout. The standard rooms are well appointed. Wonderful bed, lovely bathroom with separate bath and shower (with good water pressure) and nice and quiet. Great range of TV channels too and everything works. Light switches are simple to work out and plug sockets easily accessible. Breakfast is excellent but for me the only area that is a bit of a let down is the gym. The water cooler does not cool at all and water comes out woefully slowly. The workout towels are tiny and could do with being bigger and there is no real way of cleaning down equipment after use etc. but in the scheme of it all, all small things. The hotel has its own short tunnel into the O2 so access is wonderful.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Perfect location for a winter getaway situated right next to the O2 with a connecting path and corridor from the hotel. Cleanness was excellent and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with a Bath and shower. You normally only get a shower 🤩 Shame the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed on a Monday and the other fully booked and the sauna was not working. Thank you for redeeming yourselves in other ways to help us enjoy our anniversary. The summit taking place next door consumed our stay, sadly. They were everywhere and even took over half the bar for a private function. External building works were interesting to watch but we should have been notified on arrival of this. PLEASE BOOK THE RESTAURANT ON ARRIVAL to avoid the disappointment we experienced. Breakfast selection was unbelievably good. So much choice. Overall a 8/10 hotel.

Mixed Experience at InterContinental O2 I recently stayed at the InterContinental O2 and had a mixed experience. There were some highlights, such as the excellent cleanliness, a thoughtful touch with a small birthday cake in the room, and the variety in the breakfast buffet (though this came at an additional cost). However, several aspects fell short. Despite advertising smart TVs in the rooms, this feature was absent, as confirmed by a staff member. The check-in process was especially frustrating—we waited around 15 minutes due to a system issue, and I’ve never experienced such a delay at any other hotel before. Additionally, when asking questions at reception, the staff often needed to consult the manager, leading to delays in resolving simple queries. We also stopped by one of the two bars in the hotel. While the service was good, the prices were definitely on the higher end, so be prepared for that. While the spa and gym are included in the price, they close by 8:30-9pm, which meant we couldn’t use them after a long day of travel. Lastly, it feels surprising that breakfast isn’t included in the £200 nightly rate. Including breakfast would be a small improvement that could elevate the overall guest experience. Overall, while the stay had some positive aspects, the areas mentioned above would need improvement for me to fully recommend the hotel.

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.
