Charlton Hall, Exclusive Hire

We visited for a wedding and the place was fantastic! Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing & warm. The 2 gentlemen serving us in the orangery at breakfast were particularly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

You pay for an expensive room and you have 3 moths in your room and a shower tray that floods. You are contacted by reservations for feedback which you provide and no response is received. Warning if you are to stay hear you appear interested but clearly very superficial. Of note no offer of compensation was issued
