Established in 1986, Cathay Rendezvous is the longest established Chinese Restaurant in Bristol. A Bristol institution which has been copied and imitated by others but there is only one Cathay Rendezvous.



Within the elegant façade, the restaurant offers spacious and flexible air-conditioned rooms on two levels. Licensed for 200 people, we can cater for parties and events of all sizes.

Housed within a grand Georgian building, Cathay Rendezvous boasts spacious, air-conditioned rooms over two levels. The party room on the first can be customised to suit your requirements, with space for up to 50 seated dinner guests, and buffet – perfect for conferences or business meetings.

Our restaurant is licenced to serve alcohols until 1am, you will have a lot of time to enjoy the moments in Cathay Rendezvous.


We have two type of price structure as below:
A. minimum spend for 300 pound
(for using the room for 5 hours, after that 50 pound per hour. Food starts at 6pm)
B. 50 pound per hour (minimum for 3 hours)

Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm - 12am. (We close on Monday)
