June 2024We have been coming to this hotel for over a decade, always impeccable, though in our last visit we felt that the high quality we are used to is a bit lower. Mini bar wasn’t restocked during our stay, phone on the room didn’t work.. That being said - rooms were enormous, we asked to be on a high floor and we were. Rooms are very very clean! Nicely decorated as well, every employee was kind and overall we had a great time during our stay. We always love to come back to the Langham ❤️

August 2024Fantastic rooms and service. Great breakfast with bags of choice. Well situated, very handy for the Tube, Oxford Street and very easy to catch a cab outside. Superb overall experience. 5 stars.

August 2024Outstanding hotel in great location. Guest rooms are large and well appointed. Food and beverage offering is excellent. However, what stands out is the level of service provided. After staying in numerous 5 star properties in London - The Langham would be my preference. If possible, book a room with Club Lounge access - a significant benefit if you have early arrival or a late departure.

July 2024Not sure who left negative reviews, especially the owls in bed ones. This is the place that makes sure you want to go back and feel at home. Staff is like family, rooms and facilities are outstanding, gym, swimming pool and the lounge are superb. Anything you think you might need is already thought of. Thank you, cheers to many more visits.
