I love staying at The Langham whenever I visit London. I first fell in love with this hotel a few years ago during a business trip for an event in town. The staff, service, and rooms are consistently impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's prime location, close to all the major shopping destinations, makes it incredibly convenient to get around the city.

Stayed at The Langham for a week in the early 2000s, and it was fantastic! The hotel had and still has a historic vibe but is super comfortable and welcoming. My room was stylish and cozy, and the staff really went out of their way to make the whole stay feel special. 🏨✨ I spent a few evenings at The Chukka Bar — great cocktails, relaxed vibe, and bartenders who clearly knew their stuff 🍸. The bar is now the artesian and is still fantastic. I’d put this in my top 10 hotels and bars in London for sure

The Langham is a great hotel with a wonderful staff. The location is perfect. The customer service is exemplary. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with twice daily maid service. The bar is intimate and very comfortable. Service and luxury makes a hotel great and the Langham accomplished both of those.

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, too. Every member of staff delivered above and beyond service! We felt like VIPs! This is a great location, just three blocks from Oxford Circus station for the Underground. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return for another visit!

We had afternoon tea in Palm Court. We had a great time, ambience was just right with a pianist in the background. Sandwiches, scones and pastries all lovely but our main reason for 5 stars was all down to Julian our waiter. It really can make a visit 5 stars when you have amazing service. Julian was attentive, friendly, funny and professional and made sure we had the best time.
