Welcome to The Roebuck - a happy, homely pub on the edge of the lovely market town of Marlborough. Tradition reigns supreme here, with the pub enjoying a great reputation for home-cooked food, perfect pints of cask ale and friendly service with a smile.
The newly redesigned garden is a great venue to meet up with family and friends, or a celebratory garden party.
We also offer outside catering for special event.

January 2025A good, honest pub with a pleasant, natural atmosphere. Extensive, varied and good menu. Portions generous, but some dishes available in small and large 👍. Some dishes not available but that’s the price you pay for having proper food instead of a feeezer full of ready meals - no problem at all (although I hope the bean and beet burger is available next time!) Perfect level of friendly and attentive service without constantly being asked obsequiously if everything was alright! Dog-friendly. And there will be a ‘next time’, when the Hampshire and Bristol families meet halfway to celebrate something else! Some of us met here a few years ago and enjoyed it which is why we wanted to come back. Since then reading various posts the pub has had turbulent times. May 2025 and beyond see you succeed - you deserve it
