April 2024The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are always happy to help. Ian, the manager, was very chatty, helpful and charismatic. Makes you feel at ease as soon as you enter the hotel and nothing is too much trouble. The ladies on the desk, Cheryl and Vanessa, were very kind and helpful and answered any and all questions. It is a fantastic hotel to stay in and the bar is a lovely place to pop and have drink.

May 2024We had a lovely stay at Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. Myself and my sister had a warm welcome by the hotel staff, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Our suite was very luxurious and spacious. The bar and restaurant have Panoramic views of the city. Gym is a good size with all the essential equipment and weights. Breakfast was amazing with a wide range of choices. I would like to thank the management for inviting me to stay over and experience the lovely hotel in the heart of the Manchester City Centre.

From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and professional demeanor set the tone for an excellent stay. Her attention to detail was evident as she efficiently handled the check-in process, ensuring that all my preferences were noted. Despite a busy lobby, she managed to handle my check-in swiftly while maintaining a personal touch. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service skills and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay.
