    Cannot rave about this place more. It's quite a unique hotel with a great bar and working area for those that are staying on a work trip. Visited here last week for the Charli concert and the front desk staff were absolutely unreal. They provided such clear check-in information and local spots for food. I was able to leave my luggage with them earlier in the day, and the room itself was so cosy and comfortable. Loved the bathroom and kitchen facilities. Will definitely stay here again! Many thanks x

    we stayed two night at this hotel and what an experience!! the hotel was amazing! we were really impressed by the interior design of it. the rooms were really specious and looked cool, the only thing we didn't like was the lighting as it was really dimmed at night even with the lampshade. the staff were really welcoming and nice, they helped us by answering our many questions and they gave us tokens for free drinks from the cafe because we were celebrating our graduation! overall it was a nice stay and i'm definitely coming back!

    What a fantastic way to start a holiday! Amber at the reception of Locke Manchester is an absolute gem. Her warm, genuine welcome instantly sets the tone for your stay, radiating happiness and creating a peaceful sense of comfort. She truly makes you feel like she’s excited to assist, which is such a rare and wonderful quality. It’s clear that Amber loves her job, and that passion shines through in her interactions. Staff who are genuinely happy and fulfilled in their roles have a huge impact on the customer experience, and Amber is the perfect example of this. It’s refreshing to see top-tier service like this still thriving in England. So far, Manchester has been outstanding in delivering exceptional hospitality (or perhaps it’s just a city filled with amazing, friendly people!).     The staff were all lovely, truly great. The location is also great. However, the room we stayed in was very cold and drafty (despite having all radiators on), and the shower was incredibly low pressure - very difficult to actually wash yourself. It was also a bit noisy, however that was to be expected given the location of the hotel. Unlikely to stay here again.
