Clean, large rooms with king? Bed and mini fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price. Not the *most* convenient location, but the London buses are so easy to use, it was really no problem for us to see everything we wanted, even in a short stay. It is minutes walk from London eye and Westminster Abbey. Location is nicely secure, requiring key cards for level access and was overall a very quiet hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterloo. The room was simple and adequate, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is ideal (underground station nearby). Westminster and London Eye is within easy walking distance. A huge thank you to Mr. Can Sezai Baysal for the excellent cocktails at the hotel bar and the cupcake for our daughter, whose birthday was during our stay and who received a birthday serenade from Mr. Sezai. We have never met such a friendly, helpful, polite and accommodating person. If we ever find ourselves in London again, we are already looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed at hotel and were generally satisfied with our experience. The hotel’s location is very central, making it easy to reach everywhere. The rooms were decent, but the beds could have been more comfortable. At times, the noise from the neighboring room was a bit disturbing. However, the hotel’s bar was truly enjoyable, and what made it special was Sezai Can. We would like to sincerely thank him for his hospitality and attentiveness. The drinks he prepared were fantastic, and he provided us with a wonderful experience. If we ever return, we will definitely visit Chaplin Bar again, thanks to Sezai Can’s warm hospitality and amazing cocktails. My spouse and I truly appreciate him and wish him continued success in his career!

Great hotel overall, but the room was a bit too small, and the bed could have been more comfortable. However, the highlight of our stay was definitely the bar! Special thanks to Sezai Can, who was incredibly friendly and made our experience even better

Fantastic location to Lambert North station, there is also a Sainsbury's and Costa all on the same street. Easy self service check in area when we arrived but sadly wouldn't class this as a 4 star hotel. More like a 3* Once we got to our room (106) there was a problem with the drains and the waste was coming up through the drain in the shower and kitchenette sink. We couldn't stay in the room due to the smell so we spoke with reception and the young lady upgraded us to a suite on the same floor (114) even though they were fully booked for the cup final weekend. This room also had issues with water draining in the bathroom sink but got fixed on our 2 day. Drinking glasses had an awful blench/Milton taste to them and they was scuff marks on the lounge area walls. Nice comfortable bed although you hear the train going by all night. The hotel has a nice bar area. Which serves drinks and pizza which we used on the second night.
